Safeguarding & Child Protection

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and all the staff at Foxwood and Highview have a duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare ofpupils.

At Foxwood there are 4 Designated Child Protection Co-ordinators (DCPCs);

Corinne Owen (Head of Education), Alistair Hammond (Assistant Headteacher/E-Safety Coordinator)

Gill Reeves (FLO) and Deborah Kalinsky (Assistant Headteacher/LAC coordinator).

At Highview Deborah Kalinsky and Juli Timoney are the DCPCs.

All members of Federation staff have had Safeguarding training and this is regularly updated. We are committed to maintaining the welfare of our pupils, providing an environment in which they feel secure, valued and respected and that pupils are confident tocommunicate openly and be sure of being listened to. We aim to provide suitable support and guidance for all pupils and staff.
